Semi-automated Assignment of NOEs

The program ASNO for computer-supported NOE cross peak assignments is used for structure refinement in several rounds of NOESY cross peak assignment and 3D structure calculations in which the preliminary structures are used as a reference to resolve ambiguities in NOE assignments.

Availability

  • The functionality of ASNO has been included into the program CYANA. ASNO is no longer available as a separate program.
